Audio/Visual Services
Students
- TV/VCRs (Library use only), located in YLRC 201.
- General Videotape collection (Library use only). The general collection videotapes are catalogued in the LINCC Library Catalog. Tell a staff member the video's call number, and he or she will quickly retrieve the item for you.
- Mathematics videos are available for student check-out at the circulation desk (3 day check-out).
- Distance Learning Videos (Library use only). HCC Distance Learning has furnished our library with videos of all their present telecourse offerings. Students may only watch these videos in the Library.
- Computers with Internet access are available for your Library research purposes. Computers with word-processing capabilities are available in the utorial and Writing Center in YLRC 201B.
Faculty
- Classroom use videos (1 week loan). The general collection videotapes are catalogued in LINCC Library Catalog. Tell a staff member the video's call number, and he or she will quickly retrieve the item for you. Video check-out is a one-week loan period. Unlike faculty, students may not check out these videos but they may view them in the library.
- Distance Learning Videos (1 day loan). HCC Distance Learning has furnished our library with videos of all their present telecourse offerings. Students can only watch these videos in the Library Learning Lab, but Faculty may check out these videos for a one-day loan.
