Students
- TV/VCRs for playback in the Lab.
- DVD/CD-ROM Interactive playback in the Lab
- Videocassettes and audiocassettes on a variety of subjects. The general collection videotapes are cataloged in the LINCC Library Catalog. Tell the AV assistant the video's call number, and he or she will quickly retrieve the item for you.
- Course related tapes available, some uncataloged, including: American Sign Language, CLAST, Distance Learning, Foreign Languages, Math, Talking Books, and many more courses.
- Some tapes are for Lab use only; others may be checked out. Contact Lab technician for more information.
Faculty
In addition to the services listed above, Faculty:
- may check out cataloged or uncataloged videocassettes for 5-days.
- may check out Distance Learning videocassettes for 1-day.
Slide Library (for Faculty)
- The Slide Library is located in the Library, room 222. Art slides for classroom use may be checked out. Contact Elsa Villa (813) 253-7386 or evilla@hccfl.edu.
Audio/Visual Services (for Faculty)
- Faculty needing A/V equipment in the classroom must complete a Request form.
- Fill out and Print the Request form or obtain one in the Library, room 224.
- Submit to Library room 224 during regular Library hours.
- Requests must be submitted at least one-week in advance.
- Telephone or e-mail requests will not be honored.
