Students
and Measuring Attitude Change
"Point after the Power" : Conference Power Point (not posted as of 10/21 12 noon)
Abstract: Among the most difficult data to collect are changes in
attitude and evidence of learning for students.
Participants experience a five-tiered measurement
approach proven effective for gathering data,
organizing learning environments, supporting
transformational learning, and preparing computerscience
students to develop electronic portfolios.
Session participants learn about alternative
assessment measures and practice using them, and
also discuss supporting theory, concomitant pedagogy,
and current research data.
