This Discovering Computers 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 online games will test
the students' computer knowledge as they try to answer 15 questions correctly to
become a Computer Genius on a specific chapter from the CGS 1100 textbook. Each student should attempt this at least once a week (current chapter assigned) and keep your score, when you get 15 for 15 (16, 17, or 18, if you miss a question or two) report this to me via email and verify with a hard copy printout of the results page.
p.s. My first attempt made it to the $10,000 question but I missed my first question and quit (that's just me--I have to get perfect since I am the instructor). However, you get to play until all your panic buttons are used or make four mistakes (without using a panic buttton). Also you have 60 seconds to give your final answer or lose a panic button. Have fun! This is a neat JavaScript Game using the question bank from the Discovering Computers 2001, 2002, 2003, or 2004 text.
