 Read Me First!

We will be utilizing MyMathLab/CoruseCompass

and not Online@HCC for this class.

NOTE CAREFULLY

1. You can purchase this book instead of using the online version

    a)   as a “bundle” sold in the Plant City bookstore , this includes the textbook, student solution manual, CD video lectures and most importantly the MyMathLab access code.

    b) You might find the books other places – but you MUST have a personal code for MyMathLab to do the work for this class.

Please note that this code ONLY WORKS for this class, this semester, for you. If you take another class, or another person uses your book –another code will be required.

   c) With the access code you can view the text and videos which online and logged into MyMathLab. You could purchase only the code ($70) if you wish. Many students have used only this form of the text and like it, however , remember that if your internet connection has problems, or your computer has technical difficulties – you will still have to get all assignments completed  ON TIME – no exceptions. Be careful about being too dependent on your computer.

2. Check the “Due Dates”  and “HCC Test Sites” pages carefully.

Note that Saturday testing is done with me on the Plant City campus ONLY. You may work ahead as fast as you wish. However all assignments and tests must be complete by the dates listed –

No late assignments or tests - No exception!

If any of these dates or places are inconvenient for you – you might consider withdrawing from the class while you can get your money back.
